    Properteer is a service that aims to provide homeowner's with peace of mind. We provide the true cost of owning a home, including expenses for maintaining and replacing appliances and components inside and outside the home. We create a maintenance plan with reminders, and a replacement schedule and savings plan. We are there with you every step of the home ownership journey.

  • 2. Is your home data accurate?

    We strive to ensure our data is as accurate as possible using multiple data sources fed to an AI algorithm. However, it is common for components of a home to be upgraded or replaced without updating our data sources. Therefore, after creating a profile of your home, you have the ability to easily update the information.

  • 3. How can I report incorrect information?

    Our primary source of home data is through real estate data services. We don't control this information, nor do we have the ability to update it. If the information you are reporting is specific to Properteer, please email support@properteer.app.

    Properteer is currently available in all US states.

  • 6. As a Realtor how can I update my listings?

    Log in to your account and verify that you are a Realtor through Properteer. You will then be able to manage any addresses where you are the primary listing agent.

    We encourage Realtors to create separate Homeowner and Realtor Accounts. If you still wish to update, please email support@properteer.app.
