Properteer is a service that aims to provide homeowner's with peace of mind. We provide the true cost of owning a home, including expenses for maintaining and replacing appliances and components inside and outside the home. We create a personalized maintenance plan with reminders, and a replacement schedule and savings plan. We are there for every step of the home ownership journey.
2. Do I need to enter any information?
We us public property data and our proprietary AI engine to build a custom maintenance plan for your home, with only your address or by uploading a home inspection report. That's all you need to get started!
3. How do you get property information?
We use public property data from several sources, coupled with our AI engine that has been trained on common home maintenance needs and component data, such as average lifetime and replacement costs. If you have a home inspection report, our AI engine can understand the most important details and information in your report, and populate your home profile.
4. As a realtor how can I update my listings?
We are actively working on listing tools for realtors. If you find a TrueCost Analysis of a property that you manage is inaccurate or needs updating, please reach out to us. Upon verification of your identity as the listing agent, we will work with you to update the property data.
5. How can I update the data for my home?
Our TrueCost Analysis is based on public property data that we have access to, but do not own or control.If your property is listed with bad or incorrect data on our TrueCost search, please let us know and we will try to correct it.
