When he was younger, Jason moonlighted as a home handyman, learning the ins and outs of home maintenance. Later, while serving on an HOA Board of Directors, Jason learned the ins and outs of managing all aspects of large properties. Jason began to utilize the skills and knowledge he had learned, and applying it towards maintaining his own home. As Jason built out a complex spreadsheet to manage his home's components, he had the idea to build a software tool to allow him to manage the data more easily. That software grew to become what is now Properteer.

Jason is a successful past technical founder, serial entrepreneur, software engineer, highly skilled product manager, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Sacramento State. His focus is on creating smart and easy software that helps people to solve problems, and make their lives easier.
